As a seasoned commercial and residential Real Estate Broker and Feng Shui Master with an entrepreneurial spirit, I founded Devas & Associates Real Estate LLC by combining sound business principles along with ancient spiritual formulas such as the Law of Attraction, Ageless Wisdom and the Golden Rule.   We are a unique "Real Estate Boutique" conducting business in a manner that contributes to raising human consciousness in business.  As global business platforms are realigned to new levels of integrity, honesty, loyalty and vision, Devas & Associates Real Estate is poised at the forefront of that movement.  We are committed to serving our Clients with those virtues and with effective business practices.

During the 1980's I owned a commercial real estate company in Texas where I gained significant experience in REO (Real Estate Owned) lender properties, short sales and large bulk purchases.  That experience is a valuable asset in the current economic climate.  A well-known Texas colloquialism fits here...in other words, "This is not my first rodeo."  Another area of expertise is understanding there are always solutions, knowing where to find those solutions and efficient implementation to move transactions forward.  You will find our team works effectively with  investors,  individuals, and lenders locally as well as internationally...on projects of all sizes and complexities.

You may be wondering about our company name and perhaps even thinking we misspelled “Divas.”  Actually, Devas and Associates Real Estate was chosen because “Devas” are considered highly evolved Angelic Beings.  In one form or another, Angels appear in most major religions and spiritual belief systems as intermediaries between God and humans.  They are also believed to be "Architects of the Universe" keeping the planets on course and life on earth organized.  This description sounded a lot like the job a great real estate professional provides a Client, so we consider ourselves the "Associates" who work in cooperation with the Devas to assist Clients in co-creating their own realities with their choices of homes and investment real estate. 

As a Feng Shui Master Practitioner trained by Lillian Too in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I also provide Feng Shui consultations for Commercial and Residential properties.  Clients continue to be amazed at the positive results they experience from implementing recommended Feng Shui cures and enhancements.  While many refer to those experiences as "magical," the results are achieved by the activation of complex formulas that have stood the test of thousands of years.  Clients continually benefit from my first-hand experience and practical down-to-earth application of those complex formulas combined with my real estate expertise.
